For your information, most flexible office space is negotiated on a monthly basis, per workstation (or per person). There are other agreements that come with their own flexibilities; these can be negotiated per square foot monthly. Here’s how that works:

Flexible Contracts
We give you all the right options. You might choose a longer term rental which could give you better rent stability for a known period. However, if you want flexibility, you would be best advised to choose a short-term lease.
A flexible contract gives you more options. You can take office space for contract lengths of just three months, up to a year. You can then choose to stay, move or even expand your office space in the same place, subject to availability, that’s what Listed Offices calls flexibility!
Utility Bills & Service charges
Everything is included in your monthly rental bill. This helps you to know exactly what your monthly costs are, so you can budget accordingly. There are no surprises!
Building/Office Repairs
You may ask if you can make alterations to your flexible office space. It is highly likely that if you do make changes, you will have to leave the building in its original condition when your lease ends. It’s best to check first and gain necessary permission.
